The World I.T.K. Martial Art Federation was officially formed on January 1st, 2000 by Grand Master J.J. Lee. It's headquarters, training facility, and development center are located at Master Lee's original school in Calgary, Alberta, which has been recognized as a landmark in the Kensington area since 1970. To this day, Master Lee continues the development and evolution of Iin-Tae Kwon along with his son, Jaeson Jung Lee.

The federation's objective is to unify martial artists who seek a group of like minded individuals to belong to and spread the art of Iin-Tae Kwon, an evolutionary hybrid of traditional Tae Kwon-Do. Members are welcome to learn everything about Iin-Tae Kwon through seminars and training camps with Grand Master J.J. Lee.
