Iin-Tae Kwon is gradually becoming one of the most comprehensive systems in the world. Among the various kicks, strikes, and blocks associated with all martial arts, the training regimen of Iin-Tae Kwon consists of speed, co-ordination, and reflex drills, weapon disarms, joint-locks, take-downs, free-sparring, two-man sets, traditional Tae Kwon-Do patterns, and mental and physical conditioning to maintain peak performance.
Students study linear and circular angles of attack and defence with speed, accuracy, timing, and balance being the principle behind each movement. Throughout the advanced ranks of Iin-Tae Kwon, weapon skills are introduced to promote a higher level of co-ordination training and instil knowledge of armed combat within the student.
Since the body is controlled by the mind, it follows that all strength gained from physical training is lost without the will to implement it. The ultimate goal of Iin-Tae Kwon is self-improvement and self-knowledge with equal attention given to the practitioners' physical, mental, and spiritual health. Anyone, regardless of age or sex, may study the art of Iin-Tae Kwon.
